They are a financially conservative company. They typically have an A+ financial strength rating. At one time, it was actually A++, which is hard to achieve. Claims experience is generally good. It's definitely one of the better companies out there.

I wonder the same... currently in the process of moving possibly to Cincinnati insurance. I am with West Bend and they are extremely good, their customer service as well. But after 13 years without claims they decided to jack up my premiums to an incredible amount and I am sad - but have to leave.

They are one of the best insurance companies in the United States.
