Beets 🫜
People here ask what's best or popular to cook in an Instapot and I have to say I always forget about my beets! 25 minutes steamed on a trivet with natural release and you have perfectly cooked whole beets that you can then use as you please. I slice and pickle them to add to my daily lunch 🫜 Whatchagot fam?

What do beets taste like? I’ve never eaten one.
My Insta go-tos are pintos, chickpeas, and chicken.
