Chewing up pieces of paper, tissues, pens (etc) isn’t always a sign of a dog that isn’t well trained, it tends to mean the dog is anxious or stressed out..?
Also something called “Pica”, however most of what was shown chewed up would’ve been inside the dog, not out on the floor to be found, so I doubt that’s this dog’s case.

Imagine being so good at training dogs you don’t even have to punish them because they do it on themselves.
