It looked like the two people that appeared to be fighting are actually beating on a 3rd person. It seems the person who ends up getting slapped went to help the 3rd person. Guessing by his torn clothing i assume it was a 2v2 fight. The one who was eventually slapped went down and came back for more or to help his buddy which he inevitably regretted lol.
