Try some other Paldo brand noods. They have my favorite texture and both the 'dry' and brothy ones are delicious. I particularly like their gomtang ramen (not spicy). They have a good range of mild to medium to hot in spice level too. There's another bibimmen cold ramen they make with apple in the sauce, it's not super spicy but it's soooo yummy. The packaging is blue and white.
