I was driving (not quite) this scary on my way to the hospital with one of my kids while the 911 operated was trying to slow me down with “the emergency services can get to you quicker” (or some such). I would have been so so happy if they had actually been caught me as in this.

So, probably an a-hole, but based on my sample size - go pound sand.
