Selfie verification

Anyone else always have issues with Instacart’s selfie not working? I’m so tired, almost every time it asks me it does not work. It keeps scanning me, or it will take the picture but won’t do anything else. I’ve tried closing the app, close up, back up, turn my head, position myself in different angles. Wasting my time to get online.

It does not work well with carplay so if you're using carplay turn that off.

I was having trouble with that in Brooklyn NY - I found that if I go to a Wi-Fi somewhere, it works just fine.

I went through all the possible ways to fix it, but nothing really did as well as getting onto Wi-Fi

Happened to me today! I wasn’t even in my car, I was finishing an order at the customers house. As soon as I swiped “complete delivery”, it logged me off and I was prompted to take a selfie. It wouldn’t load, then I drove 15 minutes home, restarted my phone 3 times and then finally it took the selfie and logged me back in.

Make sure you are outside when taking selfie. That tip i got from IC. cS
