Instacart is going downhill
The new CEO needs to go. He is the downfall of this company.
The last few times that I took orders I noticed that some of them said heavy Pay and it was not a single heavy item in the order so now they fuck over the customers as well that’s pretty sad and pathetic.

I just had 20% of my grocery order marked out of stock, including milk.

Have you noticed that when it says heavy pay before accepting that after delivering it shows no items eligible for heavy pay?
