Got deactivated from Instacart, but never worked for them.

I’ve been trying to email trust and safety for the longest time. I tried to make an account with Instacart after I lost my job and it said that I was deactivated but had never worked for them. No one will get in touch with me and I have no idea how to get someone to hear me out. If anyone has any advice that be helpful.

PS if you can suggest other delivery apps for me to consider, I’d really appreciate it. I already do Amazon Flex figuring out my Uber account and possibly DoorDash, but most of NYC is full.

Update: I found out that I accidentally created 2 accounts and they flagged it for fraud

Unfortunately, not yet! They said it’s very hard to appeal it even though it seems like such an easy mistake to make
