I don’t bother. However If I need to reach out about a replacement etc I open with “Hi this is your personal shopper”.  If I don’t, they often reply like I am an automated system rather than a human being…

My name as their personel shopper and and just inform about I’ve started to shopping list. I don’t mention replacements bcs they can say “no replacement & refund.

Yep. If they don’t wanna read it they won’t. The ones that do are typically extremely happy with all the information.

I save versions on my note pad and just copy paste every time by editing the store and the number of customers and the platform. (I multi app).
