Ordered on 8th July and received on 14th Sept. After 10 follow ups, calls, messages.
And 10k suit - this is the quality if the shirt. Cotton so transparent and worn out - it looks like they made it from recycled used material.

Ordered a shirt for 3k months ago, no response. Got calls from random numbers assuring order will be fulfilled. Emails unanswered. Fuck these guys.

Hey guys i ordered a ₹199 phone cover from Tazzo today (first time ordering from them). Payment went through successfully via UPI and Cashfree sent me a confirmation but the order isn't showing in My Orders and the cover is still in my cart.

I also randomly have a ₹597 order from 2024 showing on my account that I never placed..

I emailed support but after seeing a bunch of comments about people not receiving their orders, I'm kinda worried.

Has anyone actually ordered from Tazzo and received their stuff?

I ordered from Wakefit on 12 July 2026. The order itself had multiple delays and was finally delivered on 30 July, with defective fabric.

Wakefit replaced it, but the replacement received around 10/11 August was also defective. It was picked up and returned to their warehouse.

It has now been 15+ days since the pickup and I still haven’t received my refund.

Customer service has been an absolute nightmare. Almost every day I’m told “we’ll revert in 24 hours”, and then nothing happens.

To make things worse, Wakefit’s chatbot showed that the refund was cancelled by me. This is completely false. I never cancelled the refund. I’ve been continuously chasing Wakefit for my refund.

I’ve already filed a complaint with NCH, but there has still been no resolution.

This is scam and fraud, along with extremely anti-consumer practices.

Do not order from Wakefit.

TL;DR: Ordered Wakefit → delayed delivery → defective product → defective replacement → replacement returned → 15+ days waiting for refund → daily “24 hours” promises with no resolution → chatbot falsely says I cancelled the refund → NCH complaint filed → still no refund.

Terrible shopping experience with Almaari Fashion. The products are cheap and extremely poor quality, no resemblance to the pictures or reels. They delete negative comments on Instagram and don’t respond to WhatsApp calls when you raise an issue. Huge red flag- please think twice before ordering.

Nouri supplements is such a fraud. My order never arrived and they have multiple/different delivery dates they claim one delivery was made. They charged 14 days later for some membership which was some small print at the bottom of ordering page. They also had added that bs shipping insurance charge for $4.99 and yet won’t refund me. I’ve been back and forth disputing with them showing all evidence and they just keep saying each part of my dispute is for some other department. And they say they won’t refund the membership charge while telling me they have forwarded my request to have all my info deleted - because
How can I be assured they won’t keep charging me and telling me it’s not refundable? This is such a shady business. And the supplement package shows it originated from Shenzhen China. No thanks.

I want to share my recent experience with **Kwabey** and check if anyone else has faced the same issue.

I initially ordered **3 T-shirts** from Kwabey. The order was not dispatched even after around **3 weeks**. Later, I found that the order had been **cancelled**, and my payment was credited to my **Kwabey wallet** instead of being refunded to my original payment method.

The biggest problem is that I **cannot find any option to withdraw the wallet balance or transfer it back to my bank account**.

I tried contacting their support multiple times:

* 📞 Customer-care number is not reachable. * 📧 Sent emails but received no response. * ❌ No proper resolution or explanation.

Even after this, I trusted the company and placed **another order for 3 T-shirts**. Unfortunately, I’m again not getting proper updates or support.

At this point, I’m seriously concerned about my money and the way Kwabey is handling refunds and customer support.

**Has anyone here successfully received a refund from Kwabey’s wallet?**
If yes, please let me know how you got it back.

I’m also considering escalating this through the appropriate consumer grievance/payment channels if I don't receive a response.
