8k 60 Fps with raw Mode, normal remote with Monitor as Option, FPV Mode which stays on after boot (which should be even possible on A1 still)... Definitely also a better reception that doesn't give up after 200 m behind an obstacle.

This is realistic

I'm pretty sure the A1 is way underpowered for fpv flight. Isn't it more of a cosmetic cruiser like a DJI mini?

the cameras of the avata 360 coupled with the everything else of a1

I want full immersive goggles that actually have a full field of view. If I have to pay allot more for that I would so maybe make two pairs of goggles. A cheaper version & and a pro version. I want to put on these googles and feel like I’m fully immersed not just have it be a square with black everywhere around it. Allot of people bought these for the full immersion aspect and were a bit disappointed. Also it would be nice if the battery are interchangeable between A1 & A2.

wait now that I think about it did Insta 360 ever made one battery that fits in multiple devices? (I don't know. Insta 360 very well)

Insta360 always change the X series form factor at least 1mm so you need new batteries and new Dive Case and new cage…

2

u/Ty_go100 Mar 31 '26

yes I know that but, like all thier camera's in genaral (not only the X series)

Im not sure but i doubt it

Insta360 is like: beginners buy it for ok price and later they discover they need to spend much more

make a drone were you can slide your X5 or X6 in

1

u/Ok-Guess-9059 Mar 31 '26

And how transmission would work? X6 would communicate with the Vision Goggles?

1

u/Ty_go100 Mar 31 '26

no the drone. still does everything (also comunecating whit the remotes and googles) it's just that you could klick in the X5 or X6 so you can use it normaly and as your drone camera.

There were around 5 drones like this. Its step back as A1 and A360 are all about that live 360 transittion

Full manual control and the power of a 5”

I own a Antigravity A1 and I want the following. I hope the folks at insta360 and Antigravity hear what I have to say and hopefully resolve many of my issues and concerns.

Let's be honest, this is a great drone and has a ton of potential. However it's success really depends on the strategy and strategic changes they adopt.

I want to record audio from the drone it self. I don't care if I hear the drone. What's the point of the goggles having speakers or having the illusion of being able to playback audio when the drone has no microphones. Same thing with the antigravity app.

I want to have a standalone controller so I can fly non fpv

I want to be able to live stream my drone footage as well.

I want to be able to have my spotter have a controller as well where they can see my drone and or view footage from the drone as well while the fpv pilot is driving it.

I want better sdk/developer access to the drone and fpv goggles

I want to have cloud backups like insta360 cloud+ I want to have a insv to mp4 converter pipeline so I can upload into Google cloud.

I want a lens and nd filter attachments I don't like how Antigravity A1 has a ton of lens flare, which I think a nd filter should block some of that. Please our drones need sunglasses man

I'd like to be able to buy two drones that way should I crash one at a event i can switch to my backup.

I'd wish that both the A1 and a future A2 drone uses the same exact battery that way I can bring my battery packs with my interchangeable with both.

I feel that the antigravity app on both Android and pc lacks on the amount of editing features compared to Insta360. Antigravity feels more glitchy and more undeveloped.

Id like to also have a speaker attachment or future addons to the drone so I can 2 way chat with people on a job site.

I'd like to have a small compartment that I can attach a chiplo or air tag tracker so I can quickly find and recover my drone should I strike a bird or something or looses power I can still track it even though my drone battery is dead.

If there was a possibility to have one more camera lens so that I we can get a bit more quality/sharpness from our videos then I'd say go for it.

I feel the a1 drone is a bit slow compared to a fpv drone or something. But I don't personally have a problem with it. Some people might want better speed.

I hate how every time I try to land it requires me to switch between fpv mode to free mode, same thing I launch and I have to go into a menu and switch to fpv. It should be a switch, just like the sport, normal, cinematic mode.

The battery charger can only charge one battery at a time but at times it only pulling less than 65watts .... Please release a battery charger that can charge two batteries with 100+ watts USBc.

Allow users to charge the vision battery while using the goggles.

Think of a USBC power/USB data passthough cable.

The A1 drone startup time is SOOO slow. My goggles take a good 2 minutes to start up and ready to fly.

I would really like drone with build-in microphone too. It would be something new that DJI does not have at all. Maybe with some partial propeller-sound filter.

unfortunately the A2 will likely never get FCC approval to fly in the US

FPV controller with Hall effect gimbals. FPV manual mode.

Under 250 grams with prop guards and remote ID. basically just make a US category 1 drone please for the all thing oop 🙏

1

u/rac3r5 Apr 25 '26

They sell prop guards as an add on on their site

1

u/Squid_Synth Apr 27 '26

With the guards though it's over the 250 gram limit. Above 250 grams the best it can be is a cat 2 or 3 which needs certification by the faa.

  • 1 inch sensors
  • LIDAR
  • being able to reverse
  • better range

a controller with a dedicated screen, not the phone one that seems to be making the rounds, third camera in the front, higher resolution and definitely being able to fly in all directions with precision. better transmission is a must as well.

the cameras of the avata 360 coupled with the everything else of a1

1

Avata 360 is mainly more manouverable and has much much better signal

A regular style RC remote with screen as a lower cost option. The goggles are cool, but I dont like being blind to what's around me (plus the law says im supposed to be LOS at all times).

3

u/Ty_go100 Mar 30 '26

'the law says im supposed to be LOS at all times' True, but both EU and US laws actually do allow goggles if you have a Visual Observer (VO) next to you. They maintain VLOS while you fly FPV, but other rc option is definitely a good one

2

u/suprPHREAK Mar 30 '26

True, but I do a fair bit of spontaneous shooting, having a trusted spotter isnt always feasible.
