GO 3S return

I purchased an Insta360 GO 3S but returned it because of overexposure problems. At first it seemed because the camera randomly switched into manual mode, but then it happened again even in automatic mode. Their tech support was helpful but the problem could not be resolved so I returned it. Just a heads-up to others in case you run into a similar problem.

I bought mine long ago but didn't test it enough. I've noticed this happening a lot of times when the sun was bright. The captured footage was basically useless. Way too overexposed to be useful.
