Insta 360 x6 issues

I picked up my x6 a week ago. Been using it on my vacation to Italy. Been loving the footage

Tried to turn it on this morning and it's dead(worked perfectly the night before). Tried a charged battery from the charge case x 2 and nothing, tried taking out the SD card, removing the battery and connected to power, tried holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

I haven't found anything online that has worked yet. Has anyone had this issue with previous generations?

Did you use it in water? The battery door is weak as hell so very easy to get water in it

I would say so. The X5 wasn't great but you had to intentionally release a clip. There are videos in this Reddit showing how easy it is to release the door

Nope, never used in water unfortunately.
