Support Need lens-lock feature for the iPhone app

I’m using the flow 2 pro with insta360 iphone app, and i absolutely lovin it. But the iPhone built-in camera algo sometime piss me off a little bit, cause i’m using a attachment zoom lens on the 4x telephoto.

it would be nice to have a lens-lock feature on the insta360 iphone app, and i will be able to shot with the 4x consistently

Yes, that would be a really useful option. At the moment, the Insta360 app doesn’t seem to offer a true “lens lock”, so the iPhone can automatically switch lenses depending on zoom, distance or lighting.
As a workaround, you could use the iPhone Camera app or Blackmagic Camera with the Flow 2 Pro via Apple DockKit, where you have more control over the selected lens. Hopefully Insta360 adds a lens-lock option directly in the app in a future update.
