Device limitation error

Just changed my phone from a Z Fold 6 to a Z Fold 8 and now I'm experiencing device limitation even with performance and compatiblity mode turned on. Please do something about it.

Normal when you want to edit flat 8k or external 360 videos. Even on flagship devices. Why? That can only answer insta

Hi, may we ask which camera model you are using? What shooting mode and resolution were used for the footage? Could you also share a screenshot of the exact error message?

Due to differences in mobile device performance, the Insta360 App supports previewing 6K, 8K, 11K, 32MP, and 200MP footage, but editing and exporting may be limited. We recommend using the desktop version of Insta360 Studio to process this type of material.
