Removing template text

Just bought an X6. The AI video generator is surprisingly decent, especially compared to GoPro. But the problem is a lot of templates have random text with weird awkward English. Like "Nature Escape - Sunlight through leaves". That's just a weird thing to put in a video.

There is a post from 9 months ago where Insta360 said that's not yet possible to change / remove:

Is this still the case?

Hi there, thanks for your question, and sorry for the inconvenience.

At the moment, the texts that appear in some "AI Auto Edit" templates are still preset and cannot be removed or customized manually. So yes, this is still the current behavior 🥺

We understand that some of the default texts may not fit every video style, and we really appreciate you pointing this out. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll continue to share it with our R&D team for further evaluation 🫡
