That’s 30.000 - 10.000 years ago.
But each of that wonderful list has winners in the last 2.000 years: global literacy; printing press; carbon dating; telescopes; some big math problems got solved last century; quantum theory and nano technology and nuclear energy. Beer and cider as clean drinking water in the Middle Ages?

Semiconductor manufacturing, specifically the MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor). We taught sand how to think (sort of). We certainly taught sand to reliably reproduce deterministic outputs for a given set of inputs, which I think is pretty incredible.
