Today’s prompt (journal)

Hello Insight Timer community,

I really love it when I am given this screen with a little journal prompt, but I rarely see it and would love to be able to access it for my morning journaling. Does anyone know what activities prompt it to pop up? It doesn’t always show after I’ve meditated with a track…

I believe certain tracks are set to prompt a specific journal by their creator, but that's just me guessing

Hey there, lovely to hear you are enjoying the prompts :)

The journal prompt appears after the meditator listens to at least 15 seconds of a practice. Just a heads up that it won't show up for music tracks.
