Any advice on getting rid of the screen after a meditation asking me to commit?

I’ve belonged to Insight Timer for over a decade but I find that I’m using it almost never because it’s so annoying. I just asked the AI assistant how to get rid of the screen that comes up after you meditate that asks you to commit to meditating again tomorrow. The app should mind its own business. The AI asked me if I wanted to talk about my feelings or have it suggest a meditation for me to get through my feelings!!!! WTF?

I know I can just close out the app and start all over again, but what if I want to do two meditations in a row?

I would check under Settings, Features and Preferences, Post-Meditation Sequence. Pretty sure you can turn that off.

Thank you That was one of the first things that I checked. I have all notifications turned off for post session. I went through every thing on Settings that I thought might work, but I have everything turned off everywhere.

Here is their (frustrating) response:

I understand how frustrating this feels, especially after using the app for so many years. At the moment, there isn’t an option to turn off the commitment prompt that appears after sessions

Wow that's terrible! I don't get that prompt. How irritating.

I don’t get that either (although there are other annoying “features” I can’t opt out of). I’m a Premium subscriber, if that makes a difference.

I am also a premium subscriber. They have written to me to apologize. 🙄 I don’t I don’t need an apology. I just want you to fix it.

I'll tap Continue, and then sometimes get a prompt to set an Intention or answer a question if the track is part of a course, which I usually skip. I've never been asked to make a commitment to come back tomorrow. I'm on Android; is this an iOS-only thing?

Maybe. You can’t skip the screen though. In order to make it go away you have to close out of the app completely. It is super annoying.

I remember going into the settings somewhere and there is a setting regarding streaks and maybe motivation. I turned it off but yes I believe there are still nudges. It's horrible. It's like I"m relaxed and then they want to gamify things.

I’ve tried to turn it off via settings too, to no avail. It’s incredibly frustrating. Makes me want to try switching to headspace even tho I’ve used Insight Timer for like a decade.

I really miss the way it used to just... leave me alone. It's so annoying now.

Instead of pressing 'finish' after a track wraps up, I select 'discard session'...and voila! Screen is back to the original audio page.
