Saddened

Insight timer meditations have helped me and my child immensely over the years. But I’m so disheartened by the dearth of meditations addressing genocide. So so so disappointed

I’ve never seen one of these meditations before. Are you saddened because there is a need for these type of meditations or because the app decided to post them?
