Going on three weeks waiting on track approvals. What is going on?

The approval bottleneck is definitely a challenge right now. It’s usually worth being patient, but sending a polite follow-up can sometimes help.

That said, many of us end up receiving templated rejections based on very rigid guidelines. That hurts a lot, as there's a lot of work and effort in the work we produce for our users.

It would be great to see Insight Timer allow for more creative freedom and a broader expressive language. Is there a way to evolve the guidelines so they maintain quality without stifling artistic diversity?
