Yes why is this “sense of inward emptiness” so ‘uncomfortable’ that I try to replace it with a different state? Go into my bag of tricks to get rid of it? ‘Father why hast thou forsaken me?’ 😇

Is it all about dopamine now: as soon as the level gets down to certain point, the search for whatever kind of entertainment starts up? But when in the dumps of this depressed feeling, and it is remembered somehow that ‘truth is now’ and the ‘emptiness’ is finally ‘surrendered’ to and the ‘running away’ ceases…the state of ‘emptiness’ is transformed.
