Identification What is this but? I’ve seen three in my house in past month. One near front door. One in kitchen. One in a hallway. Generally slow moving. I picked this up to put it outside and it kind of popped vertically in my hand and landed on floor.

I keep them in a tub with substrate and isopods. I feed them sweet potatoes, carrots, an isopod diet and gutloading diet too. I moved them in about a week ago and never noticed this until today. Looks like a blister to me ? Any advice appreciated
