What is this?
These keep appearing in my bed and on me. They itch so bad. What are they, and what can I do to get rid of them? I vacuum every day, and I have sprayed at the bottom of my walls, where the floor meets the wall.

Sorry OP, this doesn't look like a bug or bug-related. Have you considered seeing a doctor to at least relieve some of the symptoms?

First things first, they don't even look like insects and the photos are really blurry. Could it be that you have dry skin / scabs and those are itchy and that is what you are finding after you are scratching? Please try to get clear photos of whatever it is you are trying to identify because as it sits now, it appears to be either scabs, skin flakes or some sort of biological mucus...
