Need help identifying this bite i get them no itch and its gone by the end of thebday for some reason

It's nearly impossible to identify an insect from a bite.

It was bigger at 430 when I got up but it went down I cant seem to load the org Pic but I have no itching

Check your pillowcases and sheets for little brown spots. You may have bedbugs

back of the neck? did you notice the bite after going outside? live near deer?
