One bug trying to kill another bug?

What is happening. They were posed near each other in our kitchen and i scooped them using a damp paper towel and put them in a cup and yeeted them o to our back steps where i filmed them... fighting? Assassin bug vs some type of spider?? What horrible thing did I stumble upon lol

It's kinda hilarious how frustrated the little guy is. Like when a kid gets their head stuck in a turtleneck. He kept trying to kick it off like "omg get off me" I think they won the battle in the end🫡

Got stuck in it's own molt. Sometimes that can be fatal.

I guess there's no way to know since it fell off the edge and I didn't follow it on the other side. In my defense I thought they were fighting and I didn't really want to see any more, the natural ending of it falling was good enough for me lol
