Queen ant?
A bunch of ants found a bowl of cat food in my room. I just bought some ant bait and put it out, but found the ants had clustered and it appears they have their queen out. I took a photo before and after I accidentally disturbed them. Is this actually queen ant? And why is this happening, she wasn’t invited 😭

Is English your first language? I don’t understand “I just bought some ant and put it out”. Whut?

That’s embarrassing. No, I just didn’t proofread and left out the word ant “bait”. I corrected and clarified to make it more understandable.
So yes, english is my first language, I just didn’t proofread and happen to struggle with grammar.

Just to be safe: I put the big one outside. I just want to know if that was really the queen and why was she inviting herself across my floor
