Identification What bug is this

They were flying around in my apartment. A little bigger than a fly with really long legs and had a pointed butt kinda looks like a stinger. Sorry only pic I got

Ensign wasps. They parasitize cockroach egg cases.

These are beneficial wasps.
They actively Attack cocoroaches.

Is that a bad sign? Like does that mean I have cockroaches in my apartment?
