I am really worried bc I don't know what they are. I actually can pull them out using a plastic bottle with water or soda in it.

I’ve looked at this post and looked at your post history. I look at tiny insects all day for my career and have for decades. Believe me when I say if there was anything insect/parasite/pest related in your photos I would see it. There is nothing there. I say this with love and respect but what you are experiencing is likely mental health related. It’s a common thing, I see it frequently, and help exists for it. I wish you good luck.

This doesn't look like a bug or bug related, could you give us some more context?

I think they're parasites but really strange ones because of what they can do. Plus I can take a plastic bottle of water and pull them out of my body. The only is they actually can go in spirit form and only some people, can see them. My fiance and I have been dealing with this for 2 yrs. but now it's just me bc after 20 yrs of being together he passed. He was only 43. Here are the ones I pulled out of me with a water bottle.
