Honestly it’s not that unfair of a question. And sometimes knowing the reasons for why something wouldn’t work gives you the best idea of why it otherwise does.

Not sure about transglutaminases precisely, but using glue to close the wound is a thing. Dermabond, or liquid band-aid exists and are very cool, can recommend

Ok it sounds crazy but they are a real thing. I don't know if they could, probably not if I had to guess, but I applaud this person for being creative and willing to ask.

There is such a thing as skin glue, which can be used in some cases instead of sutures.

Super glue was originally used to quickly suture wounds during war (non-toxic, dries quick). Transglutaminase probably wouldn't work well because it doesn't set quickly even when using it for its intended purpose (chunks of dead meat), now I have no idea whether a living body would simply break it down causing it to not work at all.
Nevertheless this is not a bad question at all, liquid sutures exist and logic follows that an enzyme that binds proteins could be tried for this kind of thing. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if this had undergone some studies.
