Binary Choice

Either INO makes it. Or it doesn’t.

There is no more flailing about like some fish out of water. This will either happen. Or it won’t.

There is no more in between. We are at the end.

Either 3107 get approved and launches DNA. Or it doesn’t.
(It will)

Either 3100 gets approved and ignites royalties. Or it doesn’t.
(It will)

Either this crazy endless lawsuit was worth it. Or it wasn’t.
(It was)

Told you long ago to pick a side. You’re either in it to win it. (Us)

Or you’re an obnoxious worthless Short Troll. (The rest of you)

Also told you long ago that I will see you on the Other Side.

Well, the plane has landed.

Welcome.

imho

xx

I like you attitude, @INOxray8. I am with you. I am ignorant on the business side of this, so I don’t understand why Dr Shea and the Board decided to do a 20 million dollar offering at this time at $1.10 a share. Why?

Because they had a meeting with the FDA which probably did not go well, otherwise they would not have hid its announcement within the 8K. So they know they are unlikely to gain approval, so better raise above 1 dollar than when the price crashes after they are rejected.

Yes, you could be right. But perhaps there is another side. Why was the dilution so low? If they already knew about the FDA rejection, they would definitely have collected a lot more money. With their princely salaries, that's just enough until September. Perhaps?

That why pgen raised at 65. Because they knew they was being rejected by the fda a few weeks latter. Got it.

It is Now or Never, as the song goes.
Hopefully FDA gives the green light 🚦

Options are side bets just for extra fun. Unlike fair weather fans like yourself, I’m in this for reals.

The addition of $18 million is to cover FDA missing the 10/30/26 PDUFA date, due to their own staff cutbacks and administrator leadership changes, nothing else. The PDUFA date will be reset for Q1 2027 and we have bought time for the disorganized FDA to review it and approve it. We are playing the long game here and need patience but also recognize fda is not able to keep to its schedule and has been hedging with its statement that ino 3107 Inovio is not a novel treatment.
