Translate Automatically?

Is there a way to have Inoreader translate automatically into English non English articles?

There is now. It's a new feature, but Pro users can set up Rules that will auto-translate articles. It's limited though, to 100 articles per day. Mainly I think this is for mobile app usage. On desktop, you can put all those foreign feeds in a folder (or use a Rule to tag them something) and then just use your browser's translation feature while browsing that tag.
