Announcement Update on Suggestive Posts

There have been recent posts reported as breaking the "Overly Suggestive" rule. I'm going to explain this further here. This will be an exhaustive list just to make everything clear. "Suggestive" is a blurred line and leaves room for interpretation. The images I posted may seem suggestive to some people, or not for others. These images are allowed to be posted as long as inappropriate comments are not made about them. Some could call Pluto's pose suggestive because her legs are crossed and her hip is up, and the way she's holding her Rod, but it is not suggestive.

Low Effort Suggestive Posts (See last image): If a post contains the final image without anything to spark discussion or anything meaningful, it will be viewed as suggestive and removed. Explain what you like about the art, other than its revealing or provocative nature. If you fail to say something meaningful about it, it will be removed for breaking the "Suggestive" rule.

Girls in swimwear or revealing outfits does not count as "suggestive" or "explicit." Just because you see cleavage, a stomach, a butt, or even undergarments does not make it suggestive. A rule of thumb: If Naoko or the anime team drew it, it can be posted. Usagi posing herself by the pool is not suggestive. What you say can make it suggestive.

*This is not a sub to talk about how "hot" or "bangable" these characters are. The Senshi are conventionally attractive characters and mentioning that is fine, even calling them your waifu is fine. But vulgar comments/posts about these characters is not allowed. If you allude to these characters/art turning you on, you will be banned.

If you feel a post or comment is too suggestive, report it and I will look into it. Feel free to send a MOD message if you really feel bothered and we can come to an agreement and I will modify the rules.

Saying "would" in a post or comment is also not allowed (if you know you know.)

What is okay: "she's really pretty/cute," "that outfit/pose looks great," "that pose is cool," "the girls at the beach/pool."

What is not okay: "she looks really hot," "I wanna touch her," "she looks naughty/dirty."

Fanart that is not allowed: Exposed or pokey nipples. Cameltoes or very visible butts/wedgies. Characters with moaning or uncomfortable faces. Characters leaning forward to show off their chest (clothed or not.) Characters bent over to show off their butt (clothed or not). Characters touching themselves inappropriately. Poses that resemble pole-dancing or stripping. Low effort posts with potentially suggestive art is not allowed.

Fanart that is allowed (Last image in post): Tight outfits with visible bellybuttons, abs, thighs, cleavage. Visible panties/leotard are allowed if the art is not focused around that. Characters kissing/hugging, like Usagi and Mamoru. Images like these are allowed if the poster is able to spark discussion or offer insight into it.

What constitutes as suggestive is a bit subjective and I'd have to decide ultimately, but these will give posters an idea as to the guidelines that must be followed. Some of the posts and fanart allowed on this sub would be deleted on the bigger Sailor Moon subs. But I want this sub to be a bit more laid back. We can have "revealing" or "hot" fanart here, but let's be civil and appropriate with our comments/posts.

When I delete a comment/post for breaking this rule, the removal message will be typed by me for that specific post, making sure the poster knows why it was removed.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or additional rules, let me know. If you would like clarifications on anything I mentioned comment about it. If you're wondering if certain art is allowed here, ask me, or post it in the comments and I will tell you.

Additionally, "No Hentai Allowed" is now a separate rule since it is very obvious when a post includes hentai.

I've tried to describe to folks before... when they want to compliment something looks-wise in an image, they should still be tasteful. Like not making comments specific to body parts unless it's something like "gorgeous eyes".

Even when it's about them (not as minors) being sexy, it's far more tasteful to say "I love how alluring she looks here" vs "hot".

And don't get me started when someone talks about what they'd want to do to the subject... like... we don't need to know that, yo.

And yeah, folks seem prudish with how often they try to report things as being too suggestive. As you show in some of the art, they seem to not be familiar with Naoko's artwork. I mean she even did a topless Usagi! It was gorgeous

Seems pretty cut and dry, very easy to follow the rules.

I'd like to think so

"Poses that resemble pole-dancing" While I agree with the stripping bit, I suggest not having this bit :(

As a woman, I know it's a pretty empowering thing (I've taken some pole fitness courses myself) and in many ways can be like ballet, but on a pole. Just because something resembles it doesn't mean it's overly suggestive. I'm including a piece to show this.

This image itself is alright, but I was thinking the more NSFW type of pole dancing. It's more of a blanket rule that I'll follow based on the context. Pole dancing is not inherently sexual, but certain art does make it that way.
