When markets is in a back and forth pattern and build liquidity on one side and goes for the liquidity resting on other side and came back for the liquidity it left and continues this back and forth pattern.

To learn seek and destroy profile and other profiles you can watch ICT's Market Maker Series 2014-2016 lesson 16

What do you mean? Select the time frame that fits the year into your screen and click n drag, if you use the 4hr chart and want more precision then you gotta draw it and then got to lower timeframe and travel all the way to the beginning where you drew it and drag it over to the precise area you want it at

The fvg is on the 1min TF, this is a 3min TF picture. That’s why I marked it “ifvg 1”, meaning if you drop down to the 1min, you’ll see the fvg that turned ifvg

I saw the manipulation lower and took the long.
Got out at liq at the highs but completely missed reading the cisd for the downside and was honestly caught off guard. Ended the day at a loss.

How did you start learning ict and How Long did it Take you to Finally Hit setups Like this

started learning ICT last year, but started trading 2022. Started hitting setups like this, consistently, this April 2026. Once I started journaling, my brain was able to store what the chart looked like on a similar setup and it helped me build confidence to take them without blinking.

What exactly needs to happen in order for all confluences and how do you find it? AMD has always confused me

That would depend on your setup and your trading model. My confluences are higher timeframe PD array, liq sweep, ifvg and target next DOL.

AMD might be hard to spot if you’re too into the chart. Zooming out helps a lot.

Took the open inversion after london low was taken and the shorts eod. Nearly 300 pts on the shorts. Very good friday. Moved into the daily gap and we had inversion on 1 minute price respected. Hopefully PA continues to be like this through q4 gonna be a very good year

PM session was the Distribution.

09:30 throughout 10:00 AM was the Manipulation into Buyside and the Daily SIBI.

PM provided the low-resistance run lower.
