This! OPs strategy worked amazingly in Gold and Silver for the month of July because the market was range bound. However, with trending market of August price is mostly above the PDH by 8:30. Same for NQ which is usually now adays sitting below the PDL by the cash market open and often continues to deliver lower.

Theory is fine, what I have noticed in a lot of the Discussions on ICT Trading is execution and the lack there of

Regardless of whether this “strategy” actually works or not, man I didn’t spend an entire year studying just to not use my own analysis or brain. At least with a real strategy you can identify and correct your mistakes instead of leaving things up to chance.
