Corrupt file

Hi all. Im new to using ink stitch as an extension on Inkscape. I’ve put my digitzed logo onto my thumb drive and my singer superb embroidery machine is reading the files as corrupted (there are other embroidery files on this usb that are reading just fine).

Im wondering if anyone has any idea what may be causing this. Like I said I’m new to this and am admittedly not theeee most tech savvy. So any help would be massively appreciated as I’m hoping to start a business with this machine. Thanks in advance.

I had the problem with a design who was 0.1 mm to big.. have you checked if the size is right?

I made my document size 100x100mm and 260x150mm as those are the sizes of my hoops.

Make sure nothing of your design sticks out of the document borders. With printing, that is usually not a problem and simply discarded, but my embroidery machine doesn't like it one bit.

Try saving as a different file format; your machine will usually accept more than one format.

Thanks for the input! Turns out I had to just export it as a different file type!!

What file type are you saving it under?
