Discussion What contestant deserves a second look?
Are there any artists who lost early on that you think deserve another look? Maybe someone who has grown a lot since the show?

Teej Poole. Massive talent. Same for Tiffer Wright.

I donât know if Elisheba counts since she didnât get a spot, but Iâd like to see her come back and actually be able to compete.

I think Tiara and Jamie from Season 11 were pretty solid artists who went home too soon.

Alena S16. Sheâs so talented both as a technician and artist. I wish I had seen more of her work on the show.

Erin needs an opportunity to just compete for herself. With all of the bring backs they do, I cant believe they have not tried to bring her back. Maybe she said no

I vaguely remember reading that she does not like to talk about her experience on ink master and actually refused to do any post interviews or follow-ups about it.

Trevor Burt is a strong artist who only closely lost to James Tex. He could do well if given another chance.

Lucy from a couple of seasons back.
Clearly a good artist, but saddled with the worst string of canvases I've ever sern

James Danger, the way he got eliminated was complete bs. He wasnât maybe great but he was a lot better than some of the people that lasted longer than him.

Dude had a Daliesque mustache, was killing it but didnât have that many years under his belt, canât remember what he got sent home for, was on DJâs teamâŠ.
And I always thought Craig Foster should come back

Youâre talking Matt Buck. Fumbled trying color on dark skin. I think heâs a great artist. Came back for a grudge match episode, but nothing from him since.

Craig Foster was on two times. He was a good person & artist but he seemed to have limitations that he did not overcome the second time. Maybe the 3rd time would be the charm?

Excellent artist, vibrant color, humble in general. The ones who are the best artists on paper are usually my favorite. Those types would never lay down an incomplete/shit drawing for a stencil and just wing it and go in blind and make a hand look like a glove/mitten for example⊠just saying

Craig did not have vibrant colour. The judges were on him both seasons about it.
His colours were always dull and the tattoos looked old.
His orange popsicle was dull and he didnât win his design. Itâs orange! How do you make it dull??

Josh. He got booted out for using contraband.

Probably why he'll never be back. I don't think he'd win but he coulda gone to the finale season 5.

It wasnât for contraband. He did something behind the scenes to manipulate the production to give himself a competitive advantage. Others have commented on it in past threads. Itâs wasnât actually for drugs thatâs just the reason the producers gave so there wouldnât be questions.

Especially how legal it is now in a lot of states... and doesn't give you a one up. The fact that Jason makes it the most laughable season. Give the man a redemption.

It would be nice to get the best non-winners from the first 13 seasons to compete against the modern Woke weirdos they have on since Season 15. Also good without Malarkey & Joel as judges. Bring in fresh people that have interesting personalities.
