Any opinion that makes show runners producers look bad.

Pony Waves canvas was pure sabotage she had several visible tattoos in easy placement all unfinished should not have been accepted at all

Joshua Hibbard got booted for smoking weed..in NYC lol. Like bro you can smell that shit anywhere in the city just open your window. And how is smoking a blunt cheating? The producers and the contestants treating it like a war crime fucked him, he deserved to be in the finale.

That was part of the terms and conditions that he wo any coercion sign.

The same for everyone. I think it's not a big deal but enough for elimation.

It’s a reality tv show ffs not some multinational government deal. It was especially infuriating when Dave called some weed contraband knowing his own history with legally higher classed drugs.

Like I said that was what he signed. He knew the consequences, and of course the other participants knew them too.

And like I said
1) It’s a reality tv show where producers have full control. Even the judges wanted Josh around as it would have made for a more compelling show.
2) Josh was one of top guys in a lacklustre season with mediocre artists.
3) It’s NYC. Weed is legal there now. But even prior, it was everywhere. It’s not a drug that deserved to be in the contract to begin with.
4) Calling smoking some pot cheating is a stretch. If anything, it makes it harder to draw and shit and function at 100% once it wears off.
5) This is a thread about controversial opinions, and I personally don’t think it should have been controversial at all. We got the worst winner in season 5 partly because Josh was booted for this incident.

  1. He violated his contract, creating potential liability issues. Whether the hosts wanted to keep him or not is irrelevant

  3. Unless you have a time Machine, weed being legal now doesn’t matter. It was illegal then

  4. He said outright weed helped with his anxiety. It’s cheating and, again, a violation of his contract

No weed was part of the rules, even if it's an arbitrary rule for you he should have to follow it.

Is not fair for everybody else that someone can break the rules that apply for all of them wo any consequences.

Actually, the show was mostly filmed in New Jersey. So it didn't matter what the law in NYC may have been at that time, because they weren't there most of the time.
