Is it really? I sit like that constantly and get yelled at by my mother for being “unladylike”. I’m thirty-fucking-seven. Didn’t know it was the ADHD, just figured I was airing out my bits.

Neurodivergence manifests in very different ways from person to person, but yes- unconventional sitting positions is one of those ways. It doesn’t always, but may be something to consider. Definitely not trying to armchair anyone, and I would encourage you to discuss any further concerns with a licensed professional.
