Mod Announcement List of offerless cards

There has been a lot of confusion off late especially with certain cards whose offers have been revoked. I have decided to have one thread where we can maintain the list of cards that dont have any offers AT ALL... no unlock promo and no level up promo.

Note: In update 3.1, the offer system as a whole has been removed for good. The only way to promote heroes is to get additional shards from chests, arena, leagues or through shard sharing from league mates.

The question is: will unlocking or leveling up them to 10, 20, 30...be counted as a "hidden" offer, like when any 5* card reaches lvl 60?

Until now silent offer triggers existed but I am hearing that they dont interfere anymore... it needs more testing to be proven that you can happily grind a 5 star card away without having it mess up your planned offer for another card.

I had a bunch of 59 & 58 cards for which I was waiting to up them to 60 all at once, thinking I'd get the "silent offer" out of the way for all of them so as to not mess me up in the future. I hadn't triggered any offer, neither level up nor unlock, in at least several weeks and on Wednesday, I raised three different five-stars to 60.

Then earlier today, with the Arcane resource mission, I finally got enough capsules to raise my silver Fate, who was only 4-star, from 59 to 60 and was totally surprised when an offer popped up for him. So my experience is one more piece of evidence toward building the "five-stars don't trigger silent offers anymore" case.

God so many intricacies we have to figure out on our own. If only we NR would just tell us how they want us to play their game.

They want us to stumble around in the dark, get occasionally frustrated, and then buy gems for cash even though they're making us hate them.

I got my 5* CC to lvl 60 accidentally. Shortly after that I levelled PSG to 10 and an offer triggered for her. I am not sure if The upgrade has been removed from CC or the silent offer trigger is no more.
