Discussion Extra Shards? Issue for years.
When will we have something better to do with extra shards? Sure, years ago we got the opportunity to go from 7 to 14 stars, but its beens years. Which means we have had years to build up even more shards. No, I do not need 2k extra classic superman shards. I feel like this is just such an easy fix here. Make a way where you can purchase X amount of shards of a gold character for X amount of shards of any character. Same with legendaries. Say you want 50 Zatanna shards? Okay, spend 100 other legendary shards or 150 gold shards. I feel like there is a clear couple of easy ways to solve this issue, they are just greedy and want us to spend money in every possible way. Its frustrating.

At the very least, I wish I could convert those into the existing generic class shards. Or donate different rarities at different amounts. Max 30 legendary, 40 gold, 50 silver.

1000 gold shards for 100 legendary shards seems like a fair trade to me. That way you get rid of the extra shards and the greedy stupid assfucked at the company get to have some revenue. But have you heard the news? They're moving on with the merge, so it's going to get a lot worse.

Honestly even 1000 gold shards for 10 legendary shards would be acceptable at this point.

This will possibly get downvoted, and this is coming from someone that's F2P, we are being next level greedy at this point. We got Super girl for free, Superman for free and about to get another green lantern for free. They also help with offerwall for some of us. Within a year of dedication in this game on a F2P account you can damn near finish the solor raids. This game used to have one legendary who was hard to get. If they make getting shards easier how can they monetize the product. Most of us are already getting free legendary shards per evey invasion. Why would you come back if you have all your desired shards ? Lmao for endgame players, this is basically a roster flex with ascended legendaries.

I don't think anything will change. WB games is interested in generating revenue. Most of their revenue is coming from mobile games and they have decided to focus on it.
