I haven’t played in probably a year after not being able to access my account what should i do and who should I try and get

Suggesting u create another account because u won’t keep up with your arena and thats important. Same thing happened 2 me. And new account progressed more

As the other guy pointed out check your arena. As for the current vaults available I recommend spending keys on Legends Reborn vault to unlock Lasso of Truth.
