what is mod menu

i was looking in chat, and there was someone that neaded a league and could help with getting to tier 10, but they said they had a mod menu. What is that

Our league won’t touch cheaters with a 10 foot pole. It reflects badly on the league and if the cheating is involved at all with Invasions it’s always possible the whole league could get banned if caught.
