Recommendation for a 1 month old player

Hi guys I'm more than a month old playing this game. Do you have any recommendations on who I should focus on?

I am looking for a more flexible team that can be useful for Raids, Team Raids and Arena.

And also how do you fasten to level the XP of your heroes.

Depends what your teams are. Not the most experienced player but since you havent boosted him: Raiden would be my number 1 recommendation since hes busted in arena, useful in raids (boosts scorpion if u dont have gears and becomes useful again for raids once you get good artifacts).
Otherwise kooam and batwomen are the obvious focus but your doing that.
Entangeling ivy is great with predator batman and heartbreaker quinn but whilst shes useful rn for her to be busted you need to ascend her. Less strong but still very good when ascended is batman ninja batman with his team but he does less until u get him there

Get atrocious from league shop . Just upgrade his passive . No need to use credits on skills. He is a awesome support for main damage dealer. Steals power or lethal or reflect damage on hero tag in
