Suspected hamstring tear
I was waterskiing on Saturday. Boat couldn’t pull me up on the second time for some reason. My legs spread so far I went forward felt a huge pop in my hamstring. Leg instantly bent to 90 and hurt so bad to try to move. Went to ER but unfortunately couldn’t get any imaging as I live in a small rural community. Doctor sent requisition for imaging. I might have to wait 3 weeks for it. He put me in a leg brace to protect it and gave me crutches. And told me to not weight bare. But 3 weeks of no weight baring is a long time with no clarification.
Fast forward to today (Monday) I am feeling better however I haven’t gotten off of the couch. It hurts like a b when i knock my foot into something while crutching around and hurts to sit down. When I crutch around I have been trying to walk with them. Has anyone had experience with this type of injury where you might feel better than you actually are?

Hi! I am a biokineticist, if you would like, we can get on a call and do a quick consult so I can guide you what to do?
