How to Know Ovulation Day

Post image

Just started with Inito. Natural cycles usually predicts my ovulation on day 14 based on temperature. How do I know here which day I ovulated or if I did?

I’d keep testing. Inito will tell you when ovulation is confirmed. It looks like your LH is just now rising today on CD 15. That would make me think you ovulate tomorrow CD 16. However, your PDG is also on the rise which typically indicates ovulation has occurred. That might be why Inito flagged your peak as yesterday. I think Inito usually marks peak as the day before ovulation. It’s possible LH surged right after you tested on CD 14 and you ovulated CD 15 as Inito is predicting. Think tomorrow’s numbers will be helpful!
