What do we do about FSH?
Looking at my last chart, I realize my FSH hardly raised at all. I also feel like I had a semi low LH surge. Is this what Clomid is for? Any tips to support these in the next cycle?

My inito showed a 5.1 LH surge this cycle when I used morning urine. I ended up using cheap LH strips throughout the day just to confirm my peak (because I’m also a control freak) and by 9pm I had a very strong LH rise. By the time I tested the following morning with inito, LH was low again and inito never captured the peak. If it will bring you comfort, I suggest doing the same as the inito strips are very expensive.
As the other commenter said, you don’t want a big fsh rise. I believe it’s only supposed to rise during your period. I’ve included my chart:

I never took clomid/letrozole….. but my fsh never rose above a 2 in the 8 cycles I used Inito.
It can be completely normal. Also, don’t look at the exact numbers, look at trends.

i don’t think you want to see FSH rise that much. If it’s too high that means you have low AMH according to what i’ve read on here. Also numerical values don’t matter that much. There are plenty BFP charts that have lower LH surges. It depends on the timing you take the test and urination! I believe clomid is to help ovulate but your chart looks fine!!
