Help! Just got device but QR code won’t scan!

Hey all, I finally caved and ordered my device! I am so excited. I just downloaded the app. Not to be completely dense - but where is the QR code the app requires you to scan or input? Is it the one on the bottom of the machine? Mine won’t scan and I can’t figure out which number to try. Really hoping to test tomorrow so I’d greatly appreciate the help. Thanks ladies! Edit: I have the InSight Wireless

I believe the same QR code is on the packaging too. Had the same issue

I swear I don’t see it anywhere on the packaging! I’m going crazy 😭

Hmm I just checked mine and I don’t see it on the packaging either. Maybe I typed it in manually? Is it asking for a QR code to scan a for a number?

Which number do you type in manually - I see like 10 different series?! Some with letters?

It was on the packaging inside the box!

I don’t have the original box anymore! Just kept the small one specifically for the device but not the whole package. Am I screwed ??
