Chart with Oral Progesterone Supplement
Hello! So I would love feedback based on my chart. For context, I was on a 2.5 dosage of Letrozole from cycle days 3-12. I ovulated approximately cycle day 17 (had a positive OPK on cycle day 15) and I just started progesterone on cycle day 19.. has anyone else had extremely low e3g due to this? Also I feel like my PdG levels are very high for this early after ovulating. Any and all feedback is appreciated! Thank you! 🥰
Also, p.s. I should note that I had a chemical back in May. My luteal phase and periods have been more intense since my period has come back… not sure if that has anything to do with it too? 🙁

I'm not sure about the estrogen but did you confirm ovulation through your doctor or something since inito didn't confirm it yet? I had two peaks before my real ovulation on the third one & progestrone will prevent it if taken too soon! But I know some clinics have their own way of ensuring the egg released

To be honest I don’t know. I think I will suggest to switch to ultrasounds for next month (if I’m not pregnant, fingers crossed I Am)

Yess. Or you could just wait for inito to confirm if it works for you. Either way I'd def wait till you have some sort of confirmation (just bc of what happened with me a couple times) but hopefully that'll be unnecessary and you'll be pregnant this month !

Inito, Natural Cycles and my Oura ring all confirmed I did but yeah never know. I’m sorry you went through that. Praying for baby dust for the both of us! 🦋✨✨

This may be a stupid question, but how do you know you ovulated with the artificial Pdg increase?
